Aunque ya se conocían anteriormente, CPV se comenzó a gestar en 1993. En aquella época frecuentaban el barrio de Ascao (Madrid), donde se reunían con otros aficionados al Hip-Hop. Varios temas de su discografía hacen alusión a sus reuniones en el barrio, tales como 9:30 P.M. y 4:30 A.M. que referencian las horas clave de sus reuniones; ó Sánchez que es el nombre de una bodega del mercado de Ascao.
Inicialmente el grupo se concibió como un colectivo de raperos bajo el nombre de Tribunal. El Meswy definió al grupo como: El grupo más anárquico, diverso y a la vez igualitario que escribe la historia del Hip Hop en nuestra lengua desde la génesis.
En el año 1993 apareció su primera maqueta. Esta maqueta no fue lanzada como tal por el grupo, si no que fue una recopilación de temas en los que iba trabajando el colectivo. A pesar de su nula distribución, la maqueta tuvo una gran repercusión a nivel nacional, pasando de mano en mano por toda la geografía española.

Although they were known previously, CPV began to take shape in 1993. At that time, they frequented the Ascao neighborhood of Madrid, where they met with other fans of Hip-Hop. Several songs from his discography hint at their meetings in the neighborhood, such as 9:30 PM and 4:30 A.M. which reference the key times of their meetings, or Sanchez which is the name of a winery in Ascao market.
Initially the group was conceived as a collective of rappers under the name of the Tribunal. El Meswy defined as: “The anarchist group, diverse and egalitarian while writing the history of Hip Hop in our language from the Genesis”.
In 1993 came the first demo. This demo was not released as such by the group, but was a collection of tracks that the collection was working on. Despite its null distribution, the demo had a major impact nationwide, passing from hand to hand throughout the Spanish geography.
